Sling comprises a specially designed and constructed piece of fabric that is placed under and/or around a patient before being attached to the spreader bar/cradle of a lift to raise, transfer and lower the patient.

The safe working load for this sling is 600 lbs., however the recommended weight range (the typical use case) is between 175 and 350 pounds.
