AI Assistant Terms of Use

Effective date: October 8, 2025

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of WorldWellness Medstore’s AI assistants, including the “AI Health Insights” and the site “Assistant” (collectively, the “AI Assistant”). By using the AI Assistant, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1) Educational Use Only — Not Medical Advice

• The AI Assistant provides general, educational information and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Use of the AI Assistant does not create a doctor–patient relationship.
• Content may reference lab tests or clinical concepts as illustrative only. All test results and clinical decisions must be reviewed by a qualified professional.

2) Emergencies

The AI Assistant is not for emergencies. If you experience chest pain, trouble breathing, fainting, heavy bleeding, confusion, high fever, severe allergic reactions, or other alarming symptoms, call 911 (or your local emergency number) or seek urgent care immediately.

3) Eligibility & Appropriate Use

• Intended for individuals aged 13+; users under 18 should use with a parent/guardian.
• You agree to use the AI Assistant lawfully and respectfully, and to provide concise, relevant information (e.g., “Gender; Age; Symptoms; Medication [daily/temporary]”).

4) Privacy & Personal Information

• Do not share personal or health-identifying information (PHI) in the chat.

5) Product & OTC Guidance

• Any self-care or OTC suggestions are general. Always read and follow product labels/instructions and consult a clinician or pharmacist as needed.
• Product availability and information may change without notice.

6) Content Sources & Limitations

• Responses may summarize publicly available health information. Accuracy, completeness, and timeliness are not guaranteed.
• AI systems can make mistakes or produce incomplete information.

7) Prohibited Uses

• Uploading or requesting processing of PHI or sensitive personal data.
• Attempting to obtain personalized medical advice, prescriptions, dosing, or interpretation of test results as final conclusions.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or abusing the service in any way.

8) Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content associated with the AI Assistant are owned by WorldWellness Medstore or its licensors and protected by applicable laws.

9) No Warranties

THE AI ASSISTANT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorldWellness Medstore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the AI Assistant.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WorldWellness Medstore and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your misuse of the AI Assistant or violation of these Terms.

12) Changes; Availability

We may modify these Terms or the AI Assistant at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or discontinue the AI Assistant at our discretion.

13) Governing Law & Contact
