1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Processing time may vary by product availability, typically 1–3 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.
2. Shipping Policy
Cut-Off Times:
- Drop-Ship Orders: 3:00 PM
- Bulk Orders: 1:00 PM
Bulk Freight:
- Free freight for orders over $350.
- Orders under $350 incur actual freight + 15% up-charge.
Drop-Ship Freight:
- $6.95 flat fee per order for medical supplies.
- Additional charges:
$6.95 per case of food items (Boost, Ensure, etc.).
$6.95 per case of incontinence products.
$9.95 flat fee for lightweight DME (walkers, rollators, canes, commodes, crutches).
$24.95 flat fee for wheelchairs. - If an order contains only one category (e.g., only wheelchairs), only that flat fee applies.
Special Order Items:
- Items marked “Ships directly from the manufacturer. Additional shipping charges may apply” require a custom freight quote.
Delivery:
- Most orders arrive within 1–2 business days.
- If items are not in stock at the nearest Distribution Center, the system will ship from the next-nearest location.
3. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
- Contact us via our Contact Form to initiate a return.
- Refunds are processed after inspection.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Certain items (e.g., hygiene-sensitive medical supplies) are non-returnable and will be marked accordingly.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- Notify us within 3 days of receipt if an item is damaged or defective.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
- Proof of damage (photos/videos) may be required.
5. Payment Options
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and other secure payment methods.
- Payment must be completed at checkout before order processing.
6. Privacy & Security

7. Bulk Orders
- Businesses must be registered and approved before their first bulk order (approval may take up to 1 week).
- Bulk pricing is available for eligible orders.
