1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Processing time may vary based on product availability, typically ranging from 1 to 3 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.


2. Shipping Policy

SHIPPING CUT-OFF: 
• 3 PM FOR DROP-SHIP ORDERS
• 1 PM FOR BULK ORDERS

BULK FREIGHT:
$350 MINIMUM to receive free freight per order; orders <$350 will assess ACTUAL FREIGHT + 15% Up-charge.

DROP-SHIP FREIGHT:
• $6.95 FLAT fee, per order, regardless of size, quantity, weight, etc., for Medical Supplies
◦ additional $6.95/CS for food items (Boost, Ensure, etc.); if order ONLY contains food, the FLAT $6.95 for Medical Supplies is NOT assessed in addition to the per case freight
◦ additional $6.95/CS for incontinence products; if order ONLY contains incontinence products, the FLAT $6.95 for Medical Supplies is NOT assessed in addition to the per case freight
◦ additional FLAT fee of $9.95 for lightweight DME equipment (walkers, rollators, canes, commodes, crutches etc.) regardless of quantity; if order only contains lightweight DME equipment, the FLAT $6.95 for Medical Supplies is NOT assessed in addition to the FLAT $9.95
◦ additional FLAT $24.95 for wheelchairs regardless of quantity; if order only contains wheelchairs, the FLAT $6.95 for Medical Supplies is NOT assessed in addition to the FLAT $24.95

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS:
• For Items that display this message below in Supply Manager, a freight quote will need to be obtained as above freight schedule is not applicable on either account:

“Ships directly from the manufacturer. Additional shipping charges may apply.”

**Most orders will arrive within 1-2 business days. If item(s) are not in-stock at closest Distribution Center (DC) nearest Ship-to address, system will attempt to auto-ship from next-nearest DC.


3. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

Refunds will be issued once the returned product is inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Certain medical supplies, due to hygiene and safety reasons, may be non-returnable. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund.

Proof of damage (photos or videos) may be required to process the claim.


5. Payment Options

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Google Pay, Apple Pay, and other secure payment methods.

Payment must be completed at checkout before an order can be processed.


6. Privacy & Security

7. Bulk Orders
